The Night for the Natives fundraiser concert benefits the Native American Journalists Association (NAJA), a nonprofit organization representing more than 500 journalists.


9:30 p.m.: Solo-performance by NAJA Member and Native Veteran of the Yakama Nation – Reggie George – flying in from Washington.

10 p.m.: Oshkii Giizhik Singers (They sing/drum to empower Anishinaabe women to use their voice in a good way.)

10:30 p.m.: Larry Yazzie of Native Pride Dancers (An internationally known high-energy show featuring an innovative blend of modern and traditional Native American dance/music)

11 p.m. – Superior Siren (A haunting voice accompanied by a mesmerizing blend of strings and percussion. The sound evolves from alluring swells of sombre melodies to fierce waves of ominous storms.)

11:30 p.m.: The Brothers Burn Mountain (A soulful, energetic, eclectic duo of real-life brothers, Ryan and Jesse Dermody. They’ve been playing music together everyday as a duo for the past 15 years.)

Midnight: **HEADLINER** Black-eyed Snakes (A genre-bending electric blues band from Duluth.)
